We grant you a temporary, non-commercial personal use licence to view the services of Omichat.ai. This is a licence, not a transfer of ownership. Under this licence, you may not:

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials

Service Description

Omichat.ai provides AI-powered customer messaging and communication services tailored for businesses involved in trade promotion and export. Our platform enables companies to automate international customer interactions, manage multi-channel communication at trade shows, and improve customer service efficiency through artificial intelligence and automated translation.

User Account

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. You are responsible for:

• Protecting your password and maintaining account security
• All activities conducted under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised use
• Ensuring your account information is always current and correct

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Conduct or encourage any unlawful activities
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances
• Infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, belittle, threaten, or discriminate

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance either monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan:

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ prior notice
• Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in the suspension of trade promotion services

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Omichat.ai or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of commercial data or profits, or interruption of export business) arising from the use of or inability to use our services, even if Omichat.ai or an authorised representative has been advised orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and block access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of the Terms—especially those related to trade promotion activities.

Special Provisions for Trade Promotion

For businesses using the service for trade promotion and export purposes:

• Comply with both international and local trade regulations
• Ensure the accuracy of product and service information
• Protect customer and business partner data
• Use automatic translation responsibly in international communication
